The contract stipulated between the Seller and the Customer must be considered concluded with the express acceptance of the order, even if only partial, by the seller. The Customer can only purchase the products present in the seller's electronic catalog at the time the order is placed and which can be viewed online at the address, as described in the relative information sheets. In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the order will be managed only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. For each order placed by Company customers, Freelancers, the seller issues an invoice for the shipped material which will be attached to the package. The invoice can be found in a special envelope applied to the outside of the package or inside the package itself. We therefore recommend that you check the package carefully if you have not found the invoice. In any case, the Customer may request a copy of the same by sending an e-mail. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
No responsibility can be attributed to the seller in the event of a delay in the order or in the delivery of the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product must be reported immediately, subject to WRITTEN CONTROL SUBJECT to the courier's proof of delivery.
