Shipping

Shipments of orders placed on our marketplace (SmartOpen), are handled directly by our resellers, who ship directly from their logistics centres. Each retailer manages its own inventory, and ships orders from its own warehouses. Therefore, for each product on sale, there may be multiple purchase options. You can view who the reseller is directly from the product page.

Delivery times

Since orders are shipped directly from retailers, timing may vary from product to product. However, they are always reported directly on the product page. However, it will be possible to view who is the retailer from whom the order was placed, even later, directly from the "my orders" page,

From the moment the order is entrusted to the retailer, it takes on average one working day for the order to be prepared and delivered to the courier. Generally, the user receives an email with the tracking number of the shipment on the second working day after placing the order.

Some retailers may take longer to ship the order, and therefore, to communicate the tracking number to the buyer. In any case, receipt by the date specified on the product page at the time of purchase is guaranteed.

From the moment the retailer communicates the tracking number to the buyer, delivery times depend on the courier that was selected during the order phase.

Receipt of goods

At the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
That the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes; In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "GOODS CONTROL RESERVE FOR (indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received from the courier.

Estimated Delivery Date

Taking certain factors into account (orders still to be processed, stock information, etc.), our site is able to estimate the date on which the shipment of each order will be made. This date is shown on the site, next to the order status (on the "My orders" page). This date, although very reliable, may not be respected due to events beyond the retailer's control. However, as long as the order has not been shipped, the user is free to request its cancellation.
