SmartOpen offers free returns on all products purchased on this site, all you have to do is request it online or by contacting our Customer Service.
You can choose whether to change the product with another one sold on our online shop, request the issuance of a voucher to be used for future purchases or have the money refunded directly to your current account or credit card.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate this will within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be made via email, directly from the contact us page.
One of our operators will indicate the instructions for returning the product to us within 48 hours and receiving the replacement product or a refund. The buyer will only have to bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
